Forms are Printing With Watermark
There are two possible reasons your forms have watermarks when previewing or printing.
- The forms have not yet been submitted (forms are being previewed prior to filing).
- Submit the forms then download form copies without the watermark through E-File History.
- The forms were submitted, but not federally filed (only recipient print and mail selected).
- Re-submit the batch with federal filing selected.
The watermarks are intended to help prevent recipients from using forms which have not been federally filed on their personal tax returns. Copy A (the copy sent to state/federal agencies when paper filing) is not available to download or print through Yearli, so federally-fileable copies will not show up, with or without a watermark.
