If you need to import new or additional forms that have not been imported previously, this can be done by following the regular import process. Create a new Excel import file that contains only the new recipients or forms that need to be imported, then import the new file as usual.
To Import New/Additional Data
- Open the Excel import file and verify all necessary data is included for all recipients.
- Save the Excel file with updated information.
- Log into your Yearli account.
- Click Import Forms / Templates.
- Select the Yearli option.
- Select Browse for File.
- Locate the Excel import file and choose Open.
- Click "Import" on the right.
- A text box will appear explaining you will see a popup when the import is complete.
- Optionally, enter your email address to get an email notification, so you can leave the site.
- Click "start import"
- You will be returned to the home page, and can continue to use the site.
- When the import completes, a popup will appear in the upper right corner. It will tell you if the import is complete or encountered errors, and will have a link to whichever page you'll need to be on to continue the process.
- If you entered an email address, you will also get an email.
- Click the link in the popup to continue.
- If the popup says the import was unsuccessful, review and fix the errors listed.
- Please see the How to Resolve Errors when Importing Data article for steps to resolve errors.
- If there are no critical errors, choose to replace existing forms or add a new form for any recipient forms that are being imported a second time.
- If desired, select to apply this choice to this payer or all payers.
- Click OK.
