Forms Show as Not E-File Ready

The forms are showing at the 'Not E-File Ready' status because there is required information missing.

Find Data Needed to Make Forms E-File Ready

  1. Log in to Yearli.
  2. From your account home screen, click the Forms button at the top of the page.
  3. Check the box next to the payer you are working with.
  4. Click the Form List link next to the payer that contains incomplete recipient forms.
  5. Click Edit next to a recipient name showing Not E-File Ready.
  6. Modify the data as needed.
    • All required data entry fields will be listed with an asterisk ( * ).
    • Any fields highlighted in red will show invalid data.
    • Notes in red may be available to explain what data is needed or why a field needs to be filled in.
  7. Click the Save button to save the changes.
  8. Click the Back button to return to the forms list.
  9. Verify the recipient now shows as E-File Ready.
